How often do you have someone inspect your roof?” The reason they ask these questions is that your roof needs check-ups and maintenance too, just like an automobile or any other mechanical system.Inspecting your roof on a regular basis (two times per year) can prevent possible water damage to the interior of the building and expensive repairs down the road.

Establishing a Roof Inspection/Maintenance Program includes: Establishing a file for each building roof.Inspecting the roof in the spring and fall.Taking note of when the roof was installed.

Taking note of when repairs or updates were completed.Checking for any current roof leaks.Checking the interior of the building for signs of leaks (water-stained ceiling tiles, discoloration on interior walls and around windows).
