Vantage Risk, the Bermuda headquartered insurance and reinsurance company, has appointed Steve Fales as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations within its partner capital business, effective immediately.Fales’ appointment comes as Vantage continues to expand its partnership capital platform, with the company disclosing that its partnership capital providers have committed $1.5 billion for 2025 deployment.In his new role, Fales will focus on advancing Vantage’s partnership capital strategy, reporting directly to Chris McKeown, Chief Executive of Reinsurance, ILS, and Innovation.In his new role, Fales’ responsibilities will include leveraging Vantage’s specialty reinsurance portfolios to create and manage investment opportunities across private insurance-linked securities (ILS), collateralized reinsurance, and other alternative capital structures.

He will also work closely across departments to align these efforts with Vantage’s broader strategic goals, helping to strengthen the firm’s capabilities in the evolving alternative capital landscape.Fales brings a strong background in finance and investment analysis.Most recently, at specialist insurance-linked securities (ILS) investment manager Elementum Advisors, he held the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development & Investor Relations, where he played a key part in expanding the firm’s market presence and building investor confidence.
