Mark Wall, CIC, CRM, Vice President of Carrier Relations at Trucordia, has been named Chair of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) Board of Directors.Alivia Cooper, MS, CIC, CRM, President and CEO of The FitzLane Project, will serve as ViceChair, and Karl Sherrill, MBA, CIC, CRM, Chief Development Officer at Highstreet Insurance Partners, has been named Secretary.The CIC Board provides strategic guidance for the Alliance’s education and designation programs, helping ensure that curriculum and learning experiences remain aligned with the evolving needs of the insurance profession.
The Alliance also announced executive leadership for the Risk & Insurance Research Academy Board.Gary Broesch, CISR, AINS, has been named Chair.Jill Bisco, Assistant Professor of Risk Management and Insurance at Illinois State University, will serve as Vice Chair, and Meagan Cannada, CIC, Chief Operating Officer for the MMA Southeast/FBB Division, has been named Secretary.
