Bermuda headquartered re/insurer Vantage Risk has expanded its leadership team with a number of key promotions across its Reinsurance division and Partnership Capital platform, including Brant Loucks, who has been promoted to Managing Director, Partnership Capital & ILS.Since joining Vantage in 2024, Loucks has played a crucial role in enhancing operational infrastructure and investor engagement across the company’s Partnership Capital platform.In his new role, Loucks (pictured right) is expected to continue growing Vantage’s partnership capital platform, while also supporting its development into new lines of business.Vantage explained that Loucks’ leadership in operational strategy will be crucial for optimizing investor onboarding, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring seamless portfolio execution.
At the same time, Brent Poliquin has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Portfolio Analytics for the Vantage Partnership Capital platform.In this role, Poliquin will play a key role in reinforcing Vantage’s commitment to data-driven portfolio management and transparent investor communications.Vantage said that these personnel changes come as it completes the deployment of $1.5 billion in investor capital for the 2025 underwriting year through its Partnership Capital platform, which the company notes is “a clear signal of investor confidence and continued growth.” Meanwhile, Josh Hall (also pictured) has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Property Catastrophe, within Vantage’s reinsurance division (pending Bermuda immigration approval).
Hall, who joined the organisation in 2021, has deep expertise in property catastrophe underwriting and portfolio construction.In this expanded role, he will oversee property catastrophe underwriting, and help guide portfolio development aligned with investor risk tolerance.Lastly, Vantage Risk also announced that Alikeh Doyle has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Underwriter, Property Catastrophe, contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s catastrophe strategy and supporting its disciplined underwriting approach.
