Lauer joined Elementum in 2014 as a Fund Accountant, then became Treasurer in 2018.As Global Head of Operations, Lauer has oversight of Elementum’s Investment Operations and Reinsurance Operations teams as well as the firm’s Treasury function On the investor-facing side of the business, Elementum has promoted Adriana Denny to the role of Senior Vice President, Investor Relations.Denny joined Elementum in 2019 as a VP Investor Relations, having worked on the investor client experience side of asset management with other firms since 2007.

Her focus is on marketing, investor service and relations, fund administration, and investor reporting.Finally, Elementum has also promoted Alexis Bean, who joined the company in Bermuda as a Reinsurance Operations Analyst in 2020.She has now been promoted to Reinsurance Operations Associate.
