Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM), the reinsurance, insurtech, insurance-linked securities (ILS) and transportation focused investment manager, has hired Jason Saints from Arch Capital as a Vice President, Re/Insurance of its HSCM Bermuda branch.Hudson Structured undertakes all of its reinsurance related investing activity via the HSCM Bermuda branch.Saints joins the firm after seven years at Bermuda-headquartered specialty re/insurer Arch Capital, where he most recently worked as a Portfolio Manager.Saints joined Arch back in 2015 as an Investment Analyst, before becoming a Portfolio Manager in 2019 and being named Vice President in 2020.

He joined HSCM Bermuda at the end of January and will be focused on the investment managers reinsurance and insurance-linked securities (ILS) portfolios.Saints said in a Linkedin post that he is “excited” to join the company.Michael Millette, Managing Partner, Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd.
