We’ve recently welcomed Mike Demko to our sales team, where he will be growing our customer base on the West Coast.Mike has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years where his passion and drive led him to establish two of his own digitally-focused companies, My Insurance Videos, and AwesomeSocialPosts, which both cater to helping the modern insurance agent reach their audience within the digital world.  Mike’s Expertise In Hiring Mike also brings to Paradiso Insurance his experience and knowledge in hiring the right employees, at the right time, in any industry.Through his past work experience, Mike has had the opportunity to build and grow many different teams, where he learned first-hand how to ensure you hire the right people for the right positions.

Mike even played soccer professionally from 1999 to 1996 for the San Diego Sockers where he received a four-year scholarship to his alma mater, the University of California: Berkeley.When he’s not surfing or playing soccer, Mike enjoys watching hockey, and more specifically, watching his nephew, Thatcher Demko, who is a goalie for the Vancouver Canucks.  Welcome To The Team, Mike!
